We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with Manifestia Premium.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • ✅ You purchased a Premium subscription (monthly or annual)
  • ✅ It's been less than 30 days since your purchase
  • ✅ You email us at support@manifestia.vip to request a refund

What's Covered

  • Full refund of your most recent payment
  • Monthly plan: Full refund of current month
  • Annual plan: Full refund of $199.99

What's NOT Covered

  • Refunds requested after 30 days
  • Partial refunds for unused time (after 30 days)
  • Refunds for fraudulent or abusive accounts

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email: support@manifestia.vip
  2. Subject: "Refund Request"
  3. Include:
    • Your account email
    • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
    • Order/transaction ID (if available)

Refund Process

  • Response Time: Within 24-48 hours
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card via Stripe)

After Refund

  • Your Premium features will be deactivated immediately
  • You can still use the Free tier
  • Your account and conversation history remain (unless you request deletion)

Subscription Cancellation (No Refund)

If you want to cancel your subscription but don't want a refund:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Your Premium access continues until the end of your billing period.
