- Monthly plan: Full refund of current month
- Annual plan: Full refund of $199.99
What's NOT Covered
- Refunds requested after 30 days
- Partial refunds for unused time (after 30 days)
- Refunds for fraudulent or abusive accounts
How to Request a Refund
- Email: support@manifestia.vip
- Subject: "Refund Request"
- Include:
- Your account email
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
- Order/transaction ID (if available)
Refund Process
- Response Time: Within 24-48 hours
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card via Stripe)
After Refund
- Your Premium features will be deactivated immediately
- You can still use the Free tier
- Your account and conversation history remain (unless you request deletion)
Subscription Cancellation (No Refund)
If you want to cancel your subscription but don't want a refund:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your Premium access continues until the end of your billing period.
